This lovely dinner of spinach and brown rice is my punishment for eating complete crap all weekend. Of course I mean punishment sarcastically as I like to eat these things, but normally I like to jazz them up!

Here I am waiting to listen to Dr. Walter Brown present a paper, chai-nog latte in hand. The 60th annual ETS meeting in Providence was great. I'm looking forward to attending both the ETS and SBL meetings next year in New Orleans.

Jelly and Chinese Food

So, recently, I had the most New Orleans dish I have ever eaten while living here. Keep an open mind about this... I had Cajun Pecan Pie topped with Caramelized Lump Crab Meat. It was the most amazing dessert ever! Life is good.
